Request Deletion of Your Crittah Account and Data
At Crittah, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with Google Play's data safety requirements and Apple Store data safety, you can use this page to request the deletion of your Crittah app account and all associated data.
If you have uninstalled the Crittah app or are unable to access it, you can submit your request using the form below.
Before you submit your request, please note:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
You will lose access to all data associated with your account
Please allow up to 30 days for your request to be processed
You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete
What data will be deleted:
Your user account and login credentials
Personal profile information (name, email address, phone number)
App usage history and preferences
Any stored documents, photos, or files associated with your account
Push notification tokens and device registrations
What data may be retained and why:
Financial and transaction records — retained for up to 7 years as required by Australian tax and accounting regulations (adjust the retention period and jurisdiction to match your situation)
Invoice and payment history — retained for regulatory compliance
Audit logs — retained for up to 12 months for security and fraud prevention purposes
Any retained data will be de-identified where possible and will not be used for any purpose other than the stated legal or regulatory obligation.
